The largest land sales were Dh14 million in the fourth district of Al-Habiyyah, followed by a commitment of Dh12 million in the Merkad region, followed by a commitment of Dh9 million in the fifth district. of Al Habiyyah.
Al-Habibiya district 5 topped the regions in terms of number of sales as it recorded 35 sales worth 122 million dirhams, followed by the first region of Jebel Ali with 6 sales worth 19 million dirhams, and a third in the city of Hind 4, with 3 sales worth 6 million dirhams.
Regarding the largest sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 54 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, as the largest sale, followed by the sale of 33 million dirhams in the fourth area of Al Thanyah, and finally the sale of 29 million dirhams in the Al Mamzar area.
Al Barsha, in the southern 4th district, led the areas in terms of number of apartment and villa sales, registering 44 pledges of allegiance, worth Dh51 million, followed by the first region of Khairan, with 42 commitments of 124 million dirhams, and a third in the Baie des Affaires, with 41 commitments of 64 million dirhams.
The mortgages were valued at Dh479.2 million, including 18 land mortgages for Dh337.33 million and 70 villa and apartment mortgages for Dh141.87 million.
Regarding donations, 36 donations worth 201.18 million dirhams were recorded, the largest of them in the second Al Sufouh area, worth 85 million dirhams, and another in the second Umm Suqeim area, worth of 26 million dirhams.
